EMC2, based in Ravenna, Italy, is a joint venture between EPIC Divers & Marine, A TETRA Technologies Company based in the U.S., and the Italian contractor Marine Consulting that have combined their experience, personnel, and assets to service the offshore oil and gas industry with subsea intervention requirements worldwide.
